I became an everyday caffeine drinker and found myself sick more often than not. Since becoming vegetarian, my immune system has weakened and I constantly feel fatigued. Changing my life style and diet has not been an easy task for me. I was HOOKED!!!I have noticed a major change in both my mental and physical health! I am no longer caffeine dependent and wake up full of energy everyday.
